WORKSHOP FINISHED #2 >
This accredited course ended on December 31, 2016 . To access the contents (without the possibility of obtaining accreditation or performing the tests), you can access as a guest through this link (enter the key “endoibdfactores“)
Students will acquire knowledge about the factors of aggressiveness or bad prognosis that a patient with Intestinal Inflammatory Disease can present. The presence of these factors is associated with disease progression, development of complications and the need for surgery. By establishing an aggressive treatment (immunosuppressants or biological therapies) early, we could modify the evolutionary course of the disease and eliminate or at least delay complications. During the course, factors associated with a worse course of evolution will be identified in Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and in pediatric patients. The activity is intended for gastroenterologists and pediatricians. Directed to: gastroenterologists and pediatricians.
